Introduction
My group courses take place between October and July. Each course typically consists of three terms, with 10 weekly lessons per term. The classes are taught on Zoom in small groups of up to 7 participants. Each lesson is 120 minutes long.
The cost of each term – ten 120-minute lessons – is £280 (study materials included) payable in advance. Discounts are available, please see here for the complete fee information!
Payment can be made by bank transfer or PayPal (international payments welcome).
All study materials are prepared by the teacher (as always!).

The course focuses on verbs of motion in both literal and figurative meaning, the use of verbs with different cases, imperfective and perfective aspects of Russian verbs, short adjectives, participles and other challenging grammar. You will see these grammar points in action in both spoken and written language. We will actively use them in discussions. The course combines all four skills: speaking, reading, listening and writing. Each material is accompanied by a glossary and audio recordings. It will enable you to gain a more thorough understanding of sentence structures as well as enrich your vocabulary in popular subjects through watching and discussing TV programmes.
